RIYADH: Static Zone will sponsor the Riyadh Cricket League’s T20 Cup Cricket Tournament. This was made known after the RCL executive committee met Hamad Habeeb, general manager of Static Zone in Riyadh. RCL Senior Adviser, Razaur Rehman thanked Habeeb on behalf of the committee members for the sponsorship.

Twenty-four teams will take part in this tourney, which will be divided into the Super and Premier divisions. All matches will be played at the RCL complex in Riyadh.

Habeeb, a Pakistani holding Australian citizenship, himself is a cricket fan and played the game in Sydney, Australia. In the kingdom for the last three years, Habeeb was impressed by the facilities provided by the RCL. His company deals with electrical products and equipment supplied to various projects in KSA.
