R Printing of Rick Santos defeated Lions 86-72. R Printing went to the open man in the fourth quarter as Lions started to lose steam in the crucial minutes of the game. Lacsinto collected 14 points for R Printing and was adjudged as the JBL best player of the game while Umlas had 23 points for the Lions.
JDC Veterans beat Eagles 102-90. JDC Veterans wisely played their offense in the fourth quarter as Eagles committed crucial errors in the end of the game. Mohammad scored 23 points for JDC Veterans and was adjudged as the SEIKO Watch best player of the game while Dolloso had 29 points for Eagles.
Thursday, Wasalak defeated New Cabalen – R Printing 103-95. Wasalak finished the Inter-commercial division eliminations also unbeaten in four games setting up a possible championship double. Wasalak was unstoppable offensively. New Cabalen-R Printing tried hard but collapsed in the dying seconds. Sanchez top-scored with 24 points for Wasalak and was adjudged as the JBL best player of the game while Renee Noel led New Cabalen - R Printing with 32 points.
Fakieh Group of coach Ruel Bristol beat Knights 97-80. Fakieh Group’s outside shooting benefited the team immensely. Knights was exhausted in the final quarter and missed jumpers. Caneta had 27 points for Fakieh Group and was adjudged as the New Cabalen Restaurant best player of the game while Gonzales chipped in 29 points for Knights.
