RIYADH: A 303 runs partnership between Yasser and Imran for the third wicket helped Lahore Badshah to rout Shouraim by 7 wickets in the Al-Kharaj 40-over Saudi Orix Cricket Tournament organized by Riyadh Cricket Association.

Shouraim batted first and posted 366 for 5. Shoaib took 2 wickets. In reply, Lahore Badshah chased the target in 35 overs. Imran smashed an amazing 179 off 108 balls. Yassir scored 135 off 78 balls. Fahad was the next best with 22.

In the other matches, KFSH Blues defeated Riyadh Aces by a massive margin of 148 runs. KFSH Blues were all out for 314 runs. Nadeem Babar played a sensible knock of 100 runs. Nasir Abbasi and Khurram scored 45 and 39 runs respectively. Rizwan grabbed 4, Zohaib took 3 and Amir got 2 wickets. In reply, Riyadh Aces were restricted to a meager 166 runs. Sheriyar top scored with 48 and Zohaib added 26 runs. Usman and Malik shared 3 wickets each. Jabar picked up 2 wickets.

In a nail biting thriller, Lahore Lions lost to Pak Shaheen by 2 wickets. Lahore Lions was bowled out for 329 runs. Waheed picked up 4 wickets while Ateeq and Faisal shared 2 wickets each. Pak Shaheen got to the target in 39.4 overs for the loss of 8 wicket. Qadir scored an outstanding 108. Wahab blasted a quick 80 and Kamran 49.
