With many complaining that their lockdown diets were less than healthy, Dubai-based nutrition coach Devinder Bains offers up six 100 calorie snacks to help you break bad habits.
Mixed berries

You can have a whole cup of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries for 100 calories. Want to stick with just blueberries? One cup is just 85 calories.
Boiled eggs

One boiled egg has about 75 calories and 6g of protein, which means this B-vitamin rich snack will keep you full until your next meal.
Bananas

A medium banana is the perfect 100-calorie snack and with 3g of fiber, it can feel very filling.
Almonds

You can eat roughly 14 raw almonds for 100 calories. It might not seem like a lot but that’s a huge amount of nutrients, including 4g of protein.
Green tea

You could have almost 50 cups of green tea for 100 calories! It’s the perfect time and belly filler when you’re feeling a bit peckish.
Dark chocolate

If chocolate is the only thing that will satisfy that sweet tooth then opt for dark chocolate, which is known for being rich in antioxidants. Sadly, 100 calories will get you just over 1.5 squares of the good stuff, with one piece of Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate weighing in at 62 calories.
