- RIYADH: The real estate committee at Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) will organize the 10th real estate forum with the support of Minister of Justice and head of Supreme Judicial Council Mohammed Al-Eisa on May 15.
The forum plans to discuss a number of topics and issues concerned with real estate and other issues related to the Ministry of Justice.
RCCI Board Chairman Abdulrahman Al-Jeraisi appreciated the minister’s support to the forum.
"It demonstrates his sincere care toward investors' concern on issues related to this sector," Al-Jeraisi added.
The real estate sector has witnessed a remarkable development in the last few years wit the construction of a number of mega residential, commercial and governmental projects, thanks to the robust growth of Saudi economy, he said.
Osman Al-Zaid, head of Real Estate Committee, said the forum would deal with a series of issues including means of payment between dealers, a mortgage system draft, real estate registration system, especially in major cities, as well as interference of lands.
He said a number of conferences were recently convened that brought together real estate investors who were allowed to discuss their issues with concerned officials.
