Jarir Marketing Co. has announced the completion of selling fractions shares arising out of the company's capital increase. This is based on the approval of extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Nov. 27, according to Tadawul website.

According to the announcement, the total number of shares fractions is 551 shares. The company sold fractions shares on Dec. 09, 2013 with a value of SR87,779.04 at an average price of SR159.3.

The company deposited the amount into the shareholder’s account on Dec. 24.

The Arab National Bank (ANB) will deposit fractions shares amount to those whose accounts data are available, whereas those whose accounts data are not sufficient, they can visit any nearest branch of ANB to receive their entitlements or call the bank on toll free number 920000478.
