Saudi Arabia's National Commercial Bank (NCB) will make its Riyadh bourse (Tadawul) debut on Wednesday, a statement from the exchange said, having completed a $6 billion initial share sale last week.

The stock will be able to move a maximum of 10 percent up or down on its first day of trading, the statement cited by Reuters said.

NCB's share sale, the largest ever initial public offering in the Arab world, drew massive local interest.

The retail portion of the SR22.5 billion initial share sale by Saudi Arabia's National Commercial Bank was 23 times subscribed, the bank said earlier, quoting the final results of the offer.

A total of 1.25 million subscribers - roughly one in every 16 Saudi citizens — put up a total of SR310.7 billion for the 300 million shares offered to retail investors, which were priced at SR45 each.
