Investors in Poland consider export as a valuable opportunity to boost their business partnerships and expand their business activities with the Kingdom, according to an official from the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Around 65.2 percent of the investors have shown great interest in looking up business opportunities in growing markets, such as Saudi Arabia.

“Recent studies and statistics showed that 65 percent of Polish companies specialized in the construction field are willing to boost their international trade connections and trade volume, and to promote its wide array of products and design solutions that match world and European standards in terms of the quality of material used in its fabrication,” the official said in a statement from Warsaw.

Specialized Polish companies, known for their high quality standards worldwide, make it a priority to move toward boosting business connections and trade levels between Poland and the Kingdom.

The Kingdom is the first Arab country to have a large trade volume with Poland.

Poland has also confirmed its participation at the Saudi Build 2013 — the 25th International Construction Technology and Building Materials Exhibition scheduled for November 4, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC), to showcase its latest industry-specific advanced services and solutions through a special stand pavilion with the participation of 17 specialized companies.

Despite the recent world economic recession, Poland maintained its economic growth levels and stability, which made it the only European country which did not show a drop in its GDP.

These positive results are due to the increase in the exports levels that reached Euros 143.4 billion last year marking a 4.9 percent growth compared to 2011.

Polish companies are well known for manufacturing windows, polyurethane insulating foam, wood floors, heating equipment, surface covering and insulation material. It is the world fourth largest ceramic manufacturer in the world .

Construction Industry Promotion Program is currently being executed by the Polish Chamber of Commerce, a partner of the Council of Saudi Chambers, and Poland Ministry of Economy, to contribute to the development of cooperation between both countries in this field.
