The Marriott Hotel has added a new entree to its menu billed as a better choice for carnivorous but health-conscious diners: the camel burger.
Marriott’s two world-class restaurants— Atricum Cafe and Terrace Grill— now offer a quarter pound camel burger, loaded with cheese and smothered in sauce, said Muin Serhan, general manager of Riyadh Marriott Hotel.
“The camel burger innovated by Marriott’s cuisine experts is the first of its kind in the capital city and… I will also say it a trade secret,” said Serhan.
He said Marriott was the first to introduce the burger in the capital city in such a “delicious and healthy fashion.”
The camel burger, which proved an instant hit with guests and those visiting the restaurants from different parts of the city is now served with fries or potato wedges, he said, while highlighting the ambience of Atrium Cafe and Terrace Grill restaurants.
Asked about the hotel’s dine-in facilities, Serhan said it has three top-class dine-in restaurants. The Atrium Cafe offers a variety of popular and favorite dishes including fast-food type delicacies besides the newly-launched camel burger.
The menu of Atrium also includes convenient drinks ideal for busy travelers looking to kick-start the day, grab a light lunch or unwind at day’s end.
“Our Mosaic Mediterranean Restaurant has been yet another favorite destination for Saudi and expatriate guests,” said the Marriott chief.
This restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; offers the whole range of tasty cuisine. Theme nights bring added flavors to the evening meal featuring international cuisine and fresh seafood, he said.
Spelling out the salient features of the Terrace Grill, Serhan said the restaurant is well-known for its Tomahawk steak or other high quality Angus beef cuts, tasty chops and succulent seafood.
The restaurant is well known for its exceptional services.
Riyadh Marriott Hotel is superbly situated in the heart of city.
