For the first time since its inauguration in 2010, the annual competition — the naseba TAG Heuer Challenge — will be open to the public for 18+ years. Interested individuals can submit their selected challenge to the naseba TAG Heuer Challenge Facebook page.

The challenge is running throughout the year and challengers can share their progress and post updates on the naseba TAG Heuer Facebook page. naseba, a business facilitation and intelligence company, organizes the challenge every year, encouraging its staff worldwide to set personal goals to overcome fears, push boundaries, and realize long-held ambitions.

Scott Ragsdale, co-founder and chairman of naseba, created the challenge to encourage the company’s more than 180 employees of more than 30 nationalities to go after a personal goal that has nothing to do with work, and try to achieve it.

“Greatness is in all of us. Most people have come to believe that greatness is reserved for a chosen few. With the naseba TAG Heuer Challenge, anyone can be exceptional in their own right,” says Ragsdale. “We want our participants to experience the exhilaration of realizing lifelong ambitions; knowing that when they reach their goals, they are inspiring those around them.”

The winner will be announced at the end of 2014. The winning challenge will be chosen based on a the challenge outcome; the individual’s tenacity and determination; and the amount of public support for the challenge.

This year also marks the second time that TAG Heuer is partnering with naseba. The winner will be receiving the iconic MONACO caliber 12 Steve Mc Queen edition, worth $7000, as a memento for achieving the exceptional.

“I am thrilled we are opening the naseba TAG Heuer Challenge to the public,” said Luc Decroix, GM for TAG Heuer in the Middle East.
