Michelin Star-winner and Maharaja founding patron Chef Vineet Bhatia has introduced a new Sea, Sand and Sun Menu at Maharaja Restaurant in Movenpick Hotel Al Khobar. This special menu will be served till Jan. 24.

"The unique sand and sun of Saudi Arabia were my inspiration for this latest Maharaja promotion. Guests will enjoy the exquisite mixture of the SSS, the Sun in the new menu refers to exotic vegetable dishes, while Sea refers to fresh seafood preparations and Sand refers to innovative meat recipes,” says Bhatia. The menu also features a modern take on some authentic Indian desserts like kulfi and kheer.

“Prior reservation is highly recommended to experience the spectacular new dishes, and savor traditional Indian favorites with a contemporary presentation,” he added.
