Mobily sponsors the Telecoms World Middle East 2014 Forum, which begins in Dubai on Monday (Sept. 29). The two-day event — in its 10th anniversary — is considered as one of the largest gathering of wholesale service providers and operators in the region, attended by more than 750 participants from all over the world, and is attracting key decision-makers from carriers and Telcos in MENA region.

Mobily is participating in this event to learn about the latest developments in services and ICT technology, and to exchange experiences with many of the participants, in addition to reviewing its great presence through highlighting many strategic services already launched in collaboration with international operators such as advanced connectivity services, and international roaming.

In this respect, Mobily participated effectively in terrestrial and submarine international cables as well as possessing an enormous amount of capacity, which enhances the exchange of international telephone, data and Internet services. Additionally, Mobily possesses one of the biggest and latest FTTH networks in the Kingdom.

The event is one of the most important platforms to discuss the challenges of the telecommunications and Information Technology sector, particularly with regard to operators’ international markets and capacities, in the presence of many representatives of operators and service providers in the region and the world.

The gathering aims to view others’ experiences and to discuss methods that would develop services as well as to create opportunities for cooperation with new partners and set up new partnerships in the field of voice services, data transmission and wholesale.
