NasJet, a major private jet operator in the Middle East, exceeded expectations to forecast revenues of SR700 million for 2013, an increase of 40 percent compared to 2012.

“We started the year cautiously optimistic. However, we managed to keep our operations running with very strict safety and security plan, particularly in Egypt-one of our core markets.”

Turki Al-Jawini, chief commercial officer at NasJet, said: “NasJet is the only operator in the region providing fractional ownership and we forecast a 5 percent to 7 percent increase in flown hours for 2014.”

He said: “We will continue to innovate in our core businesses of aircraft management and charter, with a number of new products added to the ‘World of Experiences’ collection, which currently consists of the Honeymoon, Summer and Haj and Umrah Jet Cards.”

Continuing with its expansion plans to meet the needs of more clients in the region, NasJet recently took delivery of three factory new fully managed aircraft including a Boeing Business Jet 3 (BBJ), Gulfstream G650 and a G450 on behalf of Middle East based clients.

These aircraft join a rapidly expanding fleet of 65 fixed-wing aircraft currently under management and flight support.

The aircraft will be operated using NasJet’s significant infrastructure, including 120 full-time crew and maintenance teams based in the region.

The new aircrafts will have both luxury interior and very modern technical specifications to ensure the comfort of nasjet clients with 24/7 technical support with cooperation of manufacturing companies.

NasJet is a part of the National Air Services Group (NAS Holding) a private company based in Saudi Arabia.

The company manages and supports 65 aircraft with a fleet value in access of $2 billion.

The NasJet core fleet is comprised of BBJ, Airbus, Gulfstream, Cessna and Hawker aircraft.
