Samsung’s culture of innovation reaches beyond products to help people everywhere realize their potential for how technology can make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.

The Launching People campaign identified and will invest in the potential of these inspiring individuals across the Kingdom and together with Samsung’s access to advanced technology, this potential will be actualized for those who are working extremely hard in their lives in order to reach the statures that their talents deserve.

Hwan Sung Woo, chief marketing officer of Samsung Electronics in Saudi Arabia, said: “We believe that technology only begins to have meaning when you put it in the hands of a human being and when this technology collides with people’s potential, amazing things can happen.”

Woo added, “We’ve had extraordinary talents submitted, and excited to work with the winning projects alongside the esteemed mentors — the People's Choice winners. It's only the beginning for these three brilliant individuals, as Samsung rewards them with the technology and support they need to start something amazing.”

Within each category, voting was open to the online public and the winning candidates per actual votes received. Samsung mentors who will be coaching are Sara Osta (arts and entertainment), Asmaa Fatani (entrepreneurship) and Cyclist Club (Sports).
