Deal inked for workshop to train doctors

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) have signed a cooperation deal so trainee physicians enrolled in SCFHS medical licensing programs can attend medical simulation workshops at KFMC.
SCFHS Secretary General Abdulaziz bin Hasan Al-Sayegh and Executive General Manager of KFMC Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Amro signed the deal. It is valid for one year, starting from January 2013, and renewable subject to agreement by both parties.
The deal is aimed to promote skills and capacities of the training physicians who can also benefit from the experiences of others through these programs. He stressed the importance of keeping updated in the medical field, notably in the post-graduate programs.
KFMC is well prepared to organize such programs and workshops. It is a reputed medical city and has highly qualified medical and scientific cadres to implement and supervise such workshops.
