Tsamba Bowlers score double in Alyoum Tuesday League

Tsamba Bowlers delivered strong performance to complete a Best Team of the Week and Best Bowler of the Week double courtesy of Abdulrahman Ahmed during the third week in the Alyoum-FBGR Tuesday Bowling League 12th Conference at the Universal Bowling Centere here.
The league is sponsored by Alyoum and organized by Filipino Bowling Group of Riyadh (FBGR).
Leading by example Ahmed powered Tsamba to a 19-11 destruction of last week’s honoree Minions of Dong Yamco.
Ahmed shot the high series of 871 points on lines of 226, 167 215 and 223 to claim the top individual award. He got support from Jobert Pomado 866, Zaldy Torres 745 and Marvin Arocena 737 with Leo Mabunga on 346 and Archie Oliva on 321. Scorers for the losing team were Shawn Ricketts 805, Koko Torres 761, Lady Dee Urbano 760, Vicky Vitug 464, Romy Repia 387, Jao Urbano 334 and Yamco 308.
In another encounter, IBG Storm mentored by Ric Singson blanked the new team Almarai CPP of Tony Barcoma 12-0. Fahd Al-Haza rolled 797 points to lead Storm. Quarterbacking Al-Haza were Clem Salazar 725, Thong Asuncion 665, Fathi Abdulaziz 444, Ric Singson 436 and Ian Choco 377. Tony Barcoma led CPP with 682 points followed by Manny Dolon 559, Eduardo Salivio 537, Guillermo Mia 531 & Dionisio Bundalian 484 respectively.
UFTBR mentored by Armin Isles edged Die Hard of Ric Urrutia 11-9 in a 2-2 match. Top scorers were Stephen Solomon 800, Ray Bautista 7688, Fernie Ballano 709 and Dennis Durenz 664, while Art Palustre had 465 in three games and Cezar De Mesa 145. The losing team had Jess Ambon on 754, Vic Barrazona 678 and Nap Torres 673, while Ric Urrutia made 578 and Rudy Usudan 499. Ed Cruz and Ruby Urrutia had identical scores of 174 points.
T3S Warrior of Nelson De Vera zeroed Enigma Strikers of Bandar Al-Marshad 18-4 in 4-0 match win. Scorers for the winning team were Arnold Jesena 752, Edgar Buenaventura 734, Joel Lambo 718, Fareed Aquino 686 and Ismael Viloria 618. Sammy San Juan carded 791, Bandar Al-Marshad 681, Joe Garrido 681, Erwin Nacario 678 and Edwin Atienza 676 for Enigma.
Elsewhere, Dabarkas mentored by Charlie Cheng defeated TGIT Genesis of Rollie Cleofe 13-6, Alyoum Team of Emerson Mitra beat EPO-L of Lope Ramirez 18-12 and Breakers mentored by Shakur Kamlian walloped UBC Family of Lulu Quejada 17-7.
