RCL holds annual cricket prize distribution ceremony

RIYADH: Riyadh Cricket League hosted its annual cricket prize distribution program for RCL teams, sponsors, school principals and community guests recently.
The occasion was graced by chief guest Moinuddin Memon, welfare attaché Pakistan Embassy; Jawad Khalifa, RCL patron; Mamoor Elahi, RCL president; committee members and other guests.
Detailed power point presentation of RCL’s achievements 2012-13 in different tournaments was made by Aasif Shaikh in the form of video clippings.
Mamoor Elahi thanked the sponsors, the team managers and the Pakistan Embassy for their support.
Jawaid Munawar, senior vice president, highlighted RCL’s achievements during the year. He also thanked Jawad Khalifa for the ground provided by Prince Sultan bin Naser at the RCL complex.
Moinuddin being impressed by the RCL activities thanked the committee for providing cricketing facilities for Pakistanis here in Riyadh. He also commended them for successfully getting together other expats such as Bangladeshis, Indians and Sri Lankans.
Mementos were presented to committee members and awards were given to teams for their achievements.
