Al-Naimi to address Saudi Downstream Forum 2014

The Saudi Downstream Forum 2014 is to be held in Yanbu on March 4-5, according to the organizer Saudi Downstream.
Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali Al-Naimi, will address the opening session titled “The importance of the downstream industry in maintaining and developing a sustainable national economy.” He will be joined by Abdullatif A. Al-Othman, governor and chairman of the board of directors of Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), Khalid bin Saleh Al-Mudaifer, president and CEO, Maaden, and Mobarak Al-Khafra, Chairman of Tasnee.
The forum will include an exhibition, signing of a memorandum of understanding, and distribution of sponsor awards.
The Forum was held successfully in 2011 and 2012 with great success, and has been confirmed to run for another three years, taking place in Yanbu 2014, Jubail 2015 and Ras Al-Khair 2016, combining a strategic conference and international exhibition.
Supported by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and hosted by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the forum annually attracts the biggest international downstream players, with over 20 sponsors, 450 delegates and 50 exhibitors participating each year.
