The court moreover adjourned the hearing till June 11.
The court hearing was held within the premises of the Adiyala Jail. Special Judge Rana Nisar Ahmed directed the Federal investigative agency (FIA) to provide the defense with copies of witnesses' statements used against the suspects. On this the FIA's lawyer Chaudary Zulfiqar told the court that a formal request has been sent to the Indian government requesting the said documents.
Zulfiqar also submitted a copy of a letter by the Indian government, written during the Pakistani judicial commission's visit to India that reassured of its complete cooperation with Pakistan.
