Of 302 students who sat the exams, 296, or 98 percent, passed with grades from A* to C. Seventeen students received the International Certificate of Education (ICE) diploma. Eleven were awarded the ICE diploma with distinctions.
Heading the honors in the IGCSE exam was Zubair M. Khan of the boys section with six A*s and two As, closely followed by Sana Nasir of the girls section with six A*s, one A and one B.Hassan Farooq with six A*s and one A was a close contender for the top position in the boys' section while Zainab Moin with five A*s, three As and one B, Azaina Shaikh with five A*s, two As and one B and Yara Abu Ramadan with five A*s and two As have kept the Al-Waha banner flying high in the girls section.Other students who performed well include Sarah Jamshed Alam with four A*s, 4 As and one B; Maria Masood and Abdullah Mohammed ibn Sahl with four A*s and three As each; Uzma Anam Riaz with four A*s, two As and two Bs; and Mirza Hasan Ali Baig with four A*s, one A and three Bs.Sumaiya Tahir had the best results at 'A' Level with two A*s and a B followed by Nikhat Yaqoob with two straight A's. Among the grade 11 students, Moaz Shafique led the fray with the best AS results with two As and a B.
