The cases included 32 incidents involving domestic disputes, 38 felonies and 45 instances of human rights abuse.
The HRC as a whole managed to mediate 1,710 cases out of the 2,859 presented this year to its complaints office in Riyadh. The rest of the cases were referred to the judicial process.
The organization dealt with complaints involving prisoners’ rights, problems at work, education, welfare, national identity cards and social care.
Cases involving protection from abuse and torture, property ownership rights and financial rights were some of the others the HRC dealt with.
