DUBAI: Footage of US President Donald Trump appearing to push aside the prime minister of Montenegro at a NATO summit Thursday is making the rounds on social media.
In the video, Trump can be seen shoving Prime Minister Dusko Markovic aside in order to get to the front of a group of leaders at the alliance’s headquarters in Brussels.
If that doesn’t make for awkward enough viewing, Trump was also caught on camera in a forceful handshake with newly-elected French President Emmanuel Macron.
Trump’s visit was highly anticipated as he made a point of criticizing the NATO military alliance during his campaign for the presidency.
