It is heartening to note that writers like Ramzy Baroud always keep the Palestinian issue alive by constantly writing about the Israeli atrocities.

Otherwise, we notice that the media switches from one issue to another very quickly. In his article “Moral response to Israeli racism” (March 15), the writer has drawn parallels between Israeli occupation and South African Apartheid. It is very sad that the international media don’t consider the plight of Palestinians worthy of reporting or discussion, as if Palestinians are lesser beings.

I think the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement should be extended to the Muslim world and all those corporations having links with Israel should be boycotted. There are many corporations owned by Zionists or pro-Zionist businessmen.

We should identify all such businesses and after proper verification, the Muslim world should boycott their products or services. This is a far better approach than burning Israeli flags and effigies of Israeli leaders.
