It is heartening to note that both in India and Pakistan, sincere and genuine leaders are making efforts to rid their countries of corruption. The two leaders are: Imran Khan and Arvind Kejriwal. Both have emerged as strong forces in their respective political arenas almost at the same time and gained immense popularity. Interestingly, they share similar views when it comes to domestic issues. This is kind of an awakening in both the countries. India and Pakistan are members of the elite nuclear club but both sides are haunted by similar problems like poverty, hunger, chronic corruption and lack of health facilities etc. It is very important for the leaders of both countries to focus on these issues and avoid unnecessary cross-border confrontations.
