I read with interest the article “Moments of shock and horror” (Nov. 15) by Bikram Vohra. The writer has meticulously defended Muslims around the globe, who are usually the target of hate crimes in the aftermath of incidents involving terrorist organizations like Daesh and Al-Qaeda.

It is really depressing that we Muslims have to offer same clarifications all over again after every few months. What does it take to understand that Islam has nothing to do with these killings? We Muslims condemn terrorism in all its forms.
