Sometimes I feel that the United States and other major powers are not at all interested in the resolution of the Arab-Israel conflict. There is ample reason to make such a claim. The US and other benefactors of the Zionist state always turn a blind eye toward the atrocities committed by Israel and the continuous construction of illegal colonies on the Palestinian lands. Had the international community, particularly the US, been serious in its efforts to resolve the issue, it would have taken prompt and strict action against Israeli violation of international laws.

Over time, the Palestinian territories have been reduced to small strips of landmasses here and there. In such a situation, would it be easy for the Palestinians to accept any solution depriving them of their land.

I seriously doubt that Israel would agree to evacuate the occupied land. I fail to understand world’s sympathies toward Israel. The very creation of this state is illegal. How could a group of people lay claim on a land that their ancestors allegedly inhabited over 2,000 or so years ago?

The world powers claim to be secular nations and still they accept such a stupid demand. It is based on the religious beliefs of Jews. In a secular order, such claims are ideally considered worthless. If every nation starts following the same pattern, just imagine the resulting situation. It is true that Jews faced persecution in Europe few decades ago and Nazis atrocities against Jews cannot be denied. Instead of ensuring equal rights and protection of the Jewish population, the western powers pushed them to the Middle East thus creating a huge problem. It seems that unscrupulous Zionist elements have hoodwinked ordinary Jews, fleeing persecution in Europe, to promote their selfish interests.
