MADINAH: There has been an uproar on social media over a video showing a Saudi citizen armed with a machine gun stopping traffic so that his camels can cross a road.

The 26-second video shows the man with an AK-47 slung over his shoulder calling on the camels to cross the road. Some called for the police to arrest him, while others said he was harmless as he was not pointing the weapon at anyone.

One user said it was not clear whether these and other videos were real or not. If it was true, the man should be held accountable, he said.
