RIYADH: Traffic departments across the Kingdom will enforce their plans to streamline vehicular traffic from Sunday, in view of the midterm school examinations.

Personnel will be posted at locations around schools and universities that witness traffic jams during the exams, local media has reported, quoting sources.

The plan includes organizing the movement of vehicles, limiting violations and ensuring public safety on roads.

The action follows instructions by Brig. Gen. Abdullah Al-Zahrani, public security assistant for planning and development.
