Congratulations on the 40th anniversary.

This year is also the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Saudi Arabia.

In this anniversary year, I wish that both Japan-Saudi relations and Arab News will continue growing further and further.

Arab News carries lots of timely and useful news inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

I start my day at the office by opening pages of Arab News to check recent developments that may affect my work.

Reports on activities of Saudi government both on political and economic areas are particularly useful and I also enjoy reading “Opinion” pages.

My favorite is the regular article by Dr. Abdel Aziz Aluwaisheg.

I very much appreciate Arab News for covering lots of activities implemented by the Japanese Embassy and the Japanese Consulate General in the Kingdom, especially on cultural activities.

I wish Arab News to continue doing so as one of the leading newspapers in Saudi Arabia.
