The Cabinet on Monday reiterated Saudi Arabia’s clear position for the Yemen government legitimacy and the Yemeni people.

The Cabinet emphasized the importance of the swift response by all the political spectrum in Yemen who are interested in maintaining security and stability of Yemen to participate in GCC’s upcoming conference in Riyadh.

In his statement, Minister of Culture and Information, Adel Al-Toraifi said, Saudi Arabia expressed its strong condemnation to terrorist attacks and bombings that will only destabilize further the security and stability in the Yemen while exposing their children to the strife and destruction.

On other matters, Al-Toraifi, the cabinet have approved various result ions as follows: Saudi Credit and Savings Bank (SCSB) be affiliated to the Ministry of Social Affairs whose board of directors are to be chaired by the Minister of Social Affairs.

Also the Public Pension Agency (PPA) be affiliated to the Ministry of Civil Service whose board of directors is to be chaired by the Minister of Civil Service.

The Industrial Development Fund (IDF) be affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry whose board of directors is to be chaired by the Minister of Commerce and Industry.

The Agricultural Development Fund (ADF) be affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture whose board of director is to be chaired by the Minister of Agriculture. The Public Investments Fund (PIF) be affiliated to the Council of Economic Affairs and Development whose board of directors is to be chaired by the Chairman of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development.

Secondly: the Council approved the authorization of the President of the Saudi Commission of Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA), or whom he authorizes, to conduct talks with the Serbian side on a memo of understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the area of tourism between the SCTA and the Ministry of Commerce, Tourism, and Telecom in the Republic of Serbia, its signature and submittal of final version of the signed deal for completion of the regulatory measures.

They also approved the authorization of the President of the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA), or whom he authorizes, to sign three draft deals between the government of Saudi Arabia and governments of New Zealand, Malta and Mexico in the area of air transport and submittal of final version of the signed deal for completion of the regulatory measures.
