JEDDAH: Saudi air defenses intercepted a Scud missile over Najran on Monday. According to Al-Arabiya TV, the ballistic missile was launched from a Houthi-controlled territory in Hamdan, north of Sanaa. The coalition fighter jets retaliated by launching airstrikes against the Houthi targets. “Three missiles have been launched from the same area during the cease-fire period,” said Al-Arabiya, quoting sources. “One of these missiles was aimed directly at Saudi Arabia, while the other two were aimed at Yemeni rivals of Houthis.”
