QATIF: Families of the Al-Qadeeh martyrs have received a number of sheikhs who work in the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, who came to offer condolences and stand with them in their hour of grief.

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Saleh Al Alsheikh, issued a circular for imams in Makkah to allocate next Friday's sermon to talk about the terrorist operation that targeted worshippers in mosques in Al-Qadeeh and Dammam. The directive called for the importance of notifying all imams to denounce this act and site evidence that bans it, and to confirm that this act is not condoned by religion, logic or human nature.

Undersecretary for Planning and Development Mohammad Basodan denounced this operation and confirmed that the criminal act had nothing to do with Islam. "Those terrorists wanted to light the fires of sectarian strife and spread havoc among the Kingdom's citizens to separate them," he said. But these efforts failed because all of the children of the nation have denounced this heinous act and are standing untied against these misled groups.

Basodan said that many people were present during the commiseration who represented various sections of society, and the official presence was also varied.

It included the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali Al-Naimi and Minister of Health Khalid Al-Falih, who listened to the people's complaints about the lack of health and logistic services in Qatif's central hospital.
