ON the occasion of the Saudi National Day, I am honored to present to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, H.M. King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the government and the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, my best wishes for continued peace, happiness and prosperity.

The past year has again marked the friendly and respectful relations between our two countries and peoples. I am looking forward to further strengthening these relations in the coming months and to work toward our shared goals of peaceful international relations and economic and social development.
