Die Hard 5 and Ramon Chua were the top performers for the 10th week as the Best Team of the Week and Best Bowler of the Week respectively in the Alyoum-FBGR Tuesday Bowling League 12th Conference at the Universal Bowling Center.

Die Hard 5 mentored by Ric Urrutia blanked EPO-L captained by Lope Ramirez 4-0 on 20-7 points. Butch Mateo scored 828 points to lead Die Hard with support from Rudy Usudan 776, Jess Ambon 774 and Nap Torres 715. Ed Cruz added 373 and Ruby Urrutia 366 points.

Reynald Medina 829, Jove Marano 719, Atoi Ramos 711 and Freddie Santiago 672 were the main contributors to EPO’s losing cause. Ed Untalan had 382 and Danny Nabong 355.

In another encounter, Breakers mentored by Shakur Kamlian blanked Dabarkadz of Charlie Cheng 4-0 (20-2). Making the shutout win all the sweeter was after Chua collared the individual award, shooting the high series of 863 points. Butch Espinosa rolled 737 in support of Chua. The other scorers were Joelito Santillan 582, Clem Ojeda 497, Kamlian 431, Alfie Kamlian 347, and Joe Rafael 331. Obet Miranda led the losing team on 675 followed by Ernie Ballano 656, Donjie Mapalad 553, Charlie Cheng 549 and Larry Manalo 421.

Enigma Strikers of Bandar Al-Marshad demolished defending champion Tsamba Bowlers of Abdulrahman Ahmed 17-5. Top scorers were Edwin Atienza 808, Ronald Bautista 783 and Al-Marshad 741 with Art Yukong on 695, Benito Santos 564 and Erwin Nacario 152. Tsamba paraded Zaldy Torres 736, Ely Fanugao 701, Gerry Damiray 700, Marvin Arocena 669 and Leo Mabunga 666 points.

In another match, T3S Warriors of Nelson De Vera smashed IBG Storm of Ric Singson 14-10 in 2-2 match. Scorers for the winning team were Arnold Jesena 800, Joel Lambo 747, De Vera 714, Ismael Villoria 771 and Mike Ecalnir 682. IBG had Clem Salazar on 755, Fahd Al-Haza 728, Ric Singson 708, Resty De Jesus 697 and Fathi Abdulaziz 673.

Elsewhere, UBC Family of Lulu Quejada edged TGIT Genesis of Rollie Cleofe 16-14 in 2-2 match, Minions of Dong Yamco downed UFTBR mentored by Armin Isles 14-12 and Alyoum of Jun Daniel beat Almarai CPP of Tony Barcoma 19-3.
