Orient Watch moved in position for a top three spot in the team standings thanks to its fourth Team of the Week award during the 11th session in the Thursday League 11th Season for Sarawat Superstores Cup at the Bowling City in Sultana Center.

Orient Watch slowed in the third game in an otherwise blistering display where it won the first two games and had the top overall output at 3,044 for a leading total of 33 points at the end of the session.

Habagat came second on 29 points with Bowling City and Sarawat Superstores tied on 26. D’ Engineers tallied 20 points followed by another tie on 16 between D’ Barkads and Bulacan Knight. Pindott and Fineboyz Rhinos brought up the rear on 8 and 6.

The individual Bowler of the Week race was won by FTBJ monthly tournament champion for May, Paolo Allego of Sarawat who rolled the high series of 644 on lines of 168, 203 and 249.

There were three players that played full games for Orient, led by Jim Mandigiado on 643. Obie Ycasas returned 588 and Danny Bautista 543. Sharing two games each were Sami Al Qarni 266-167, Edwin Ronquillo 237-233 and Jawett Carion 174-145.

The trio of Med Ramos, Edu Toledo and Hadi Pacheco carried Habagat with rounds of 625, 612 and 603 to go with 589 by Ver Jasa, 167-173 by Ruel Santoc and 200 by Edris Mangoda.

Bowling City also had a set of three that enjoyed good games in Ruben Grino 630, Frank Afurong 625 and Archie Santos 585. Cris Villavelez added 172-169, Pancho Cuevas had 209-213 and Francis Guron made 158-174.

Besides Allego the others in Sarawat’s five-man rotation were Ed Viray 634, Bandr Al Dosary 610, Igna Salgado 587 and Alex Flora 510.
