CLEVELAND: Jeremy Pargo, filling in for the injured Kyrie Irving, scored a career-high 28 points, and the Cleveland Cavaliers broke a six-game losing streak with a 92-83 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.

The Cavaliers stopped the Sixers’ three-game winning streak despite not having Irving. The NBA’s reigning rookie of the year is expected to miss a month with a broken left index finger. He was injured Saturday against Dallas and played the next night in Philadelphia before an MRI revealed a crack in the bone.

Charlotte 98, Toronto 97: Ramon Sessions hit a 16-footer with 28 seconds left, and the host Bobcats made a late defensive stand to beat the Raptors for their fifth win in the past six games.

San Antonio 112, Boston 100: Tony Parker scored a season-high 26 points, and Tim Duncan had 20 points and 15 rebounds for the visiting Spurs. Boston’s Rajon Rondo had 22 points and 15 assists, extending his streak of double-digit assist games to 35.

Indiana 115, New Orleans 107 (OT): Paul George scored a career-high 37 points, and Roy Hibbert had 10 points, 11 rebounds and 11 blocks for the host Pacers.

Miami 113, Milwaukee 106 (OT): LeBron James had 28 points and 10 rebounds for the host Heat.

Houston 93, Chicago 89: James Harden scored 28 points for the host Rockets, who snapped a three-game losing streak.

Oklahoma City 117, L.A. Clippers 111 (OT): Kevin Durant scored 35 points for the host Thunder, which snapped the Clippers’ six-game winning streak.

Atlanta 101, Washington 100 (OT): Kyle Korver hit a long three-pointer with 1.9 seconds remaining in overtime to win it for the host Hawks. The Wizards fell to 0-10.

Denver 101, Minnesota 94: Kevin Love had 34 points and 14 rebounds in his surprise season debut, but the visiting Nuggets spoiled it.

Dallas 114, New York 111: O.J. Mayo scored 27 points for the host Mavericks. Carmelo Anthony, who scored 23 points for the Knicks, was short on a potential go-ahead jumper with 4 seconds left.
