Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), received at his office, Jiří Slavík, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Saudi Arabia.

The meeting was attended by Nahla Nasser Alanbar, private executive assistant to the chairman and Fahad bin Saad bin Nafel, executive assistant to the chairman.

During the meeting, Prince Alwaleed and the ambassador discussed a number of social, economic and investment issues related to their respective countries.

Furthermore, the ambassador commended Prince Alwaleed on his efforts in playing a vital role in economic and social development, and referred to the prince's local, regional and international investments, and generous contributions to people in need all over the world. In addition, Jiří Slavík invited Prince Alwaleed to visit the Czech Republic.

Moreover, Jiří Slavík handed a letter to the prince from President Miloš Zeman of Czech Republic. In response, Prince Alwaleed relayed his cordial regards to the president and promised to visit the country in the near future.

Prince Alwaleed's investment in the Czech Republic through KHC is in the hospitality sector via Four Seasons Hotel Prague and in the financial sector via Citigroup.
