RIYADH: Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), has established an endowment and assembled its board of trustees.
Aside from Chairman Prince Alwaleed, the board comprises Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed; Princess Reem bint Alwaleed; Nada Al-Sugair, executive director of finance and administration of the prince’s private office; Waleed Arab Hashem, former member of the Shoura Council and holder of economics doctorate from King Abdulaziz University; Talal Almiman, executive director for development and domestic investments, KHC; Fahad Alsukait, CEO, media sector and chairman of Alarab News Channel; Ali Al-Nashwan, religious adviser to Prince Alwaleed; Abir Kaki, secretary general of Alwaleed Philanthropies; Mohamed Fahmy Solaiman, KHC’s CFO; Heba J. Fatani, senior executive manager, corporate communications, KHC; Fahad bin Saad bin Nafel, executive assistant to Prince Alwaleed.
Prince Alwaleed is a businessperson and philanthropist. He is the man and vision behind one of the world’s most successful international holding companies, Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), which was founded in 1980 and in which he holds 95 percent stake. KHC is a publicly traded company, which was listed on the Tadawul (Saudi stock exchange) in 2007.
