JEDDAH: Fahad A. Al-Rasheed, group CEO and managing director of King Abdullah Economic City, Saud Alsulaiman, CEO of IKEA Saudi Arabia, Frank Courtney, CEO of Flow, and other executives attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Flow’s Omni-Channel & E-commerce Fulfillment Center at KAEC in Rabigh on Monday.

The new facility, which has been tailor-designed to service IKEA’s e-commerce and pay-and-go requirements, will be launched in two phases to meet the growing needs of the customers.

The automated facility will cover 75,000 square meters, with the high bay warehouse at a height of 37.5 meters.

The facility, designed with multi-floors, provides a total floor area of 117,600 square meters. It becomes the largest e-commerce fulfillment facility of its kind at the King Abdullah Economic City.
