Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), which holds the largest stake in Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG), will announce the rules and regulations for its candidates in the SRMG board of directors during the group’s general assembly, which will be held in the beginning of next year.

Prince Alwaleed’s office will announce the names of its candidates to be appointed as SRMG board members within the legal period of nomination.
