RIYADH: Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), held a board meeting at the company’s HQ in Riyadh.
The meeting was attended by the KHC board. It comprised Talal Almaiman, executive director for development and domestic investments, Sarmad Zok, executive director of hotel investments, Adel Alsayed, executive director for private equity, international investments, Mohammed Fahmy, executive board member and KHC’s CFO and the non-executive board members that included Shadi Sanbar, senior financial adviser to the chairman, Khaled Al-Saheem, Taher Agueel and Rasha Elhoshan.
Mohammed Aldowais, chief of accountant KHC, also attended the meeting.
The board meeting was held to oversee KHC’s performance in 2015, approve the budget for 2016 and its operation strategy.
Furthermore, the meeting outlined and fortified KHC’s diversified investment strategy, long term vision for growth and development, and for future prospective investment opportunities.

Founded in 1980, KHC is a publicly traded company which was listed on Tadawul in 2007.
