Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al-Saud, chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, has signed three contracts for Yanbu Industrial City.

The deals are for building residential units, establishing entertainment center, operating and maintaining irrigation systems for the city’s seafront, colleges, institutes and neighborhoods at Yanbu industrial city.

The first contract was signed with Bong Kyung Construction Company Ltd. to build residential units at Al-Azizia neighborhood.

The second contract was signed with Kwadder Al-Watan Group collaborating with Bin Akef Trading and Contracting Company to set up an entertainment center at Al-Oyoun 2 neighborhood.

The third deal was signed with Sadeem Agricultural Company.

It is to manage the operations and maintenance of irrigation and landscaping systems at the seafront, colleges, institutes and new neighborhoods in the industrial city.
