TAIF: Taif Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing a symposium titled "Competition promotion in business sector" in Taif on Thursday, SPA reports.

The event is being held in cooperation with the Council of Competition at Al-Hada Meridien Hotel as part of the chamber’s efforts to increase awareness of the importance of competition and promotion of anti-monopolistic practices.

The symposium comes as part of the Council of Competition’s efforts to strengthen communication with all segments of society, explain the concept and system of competition, and ways and means to avoid malpractices.
