UTC Building & Industrial Systems has expanded its relationship with E.A. Juffali & Brothers Ltd. (Juffali) through various Saudi legal entities to include the sales and servicing of Otis elevators and escalators, as well as the sales of building automation and fire and security products from brands such as Automated Logic, Edwards, Lenel, Interlogix and Onity.

The new agreements expand on an existing business relationship between Carrier and Juffali, which have been joint venture partners since the late 1980s for the manufacturing, distribution and servicing of heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Carrier, Otis, ALC, Edwards, Lenel, Interlogix and Onity are parts of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a division of United Technologies Corp., a major provider to the aerospace and building systems industries worldwide.
