Bahrain’s new visa policy allows nationals of over 60 countries to obtain visas on arrival, bringing the total number of countries with this option to nearly 100.

The new policy will be implemented in 2015, with the potential to affect over 2.5 billion people who can now obtain one-month visas on arrival, with the ability to renew for another three months.

In particular, the new policy will further enable expatriates who do businesses in Bahrain, to easily travel in and out of the kingdom easily, as well as boosting the tourism industry.
