BEIRUT: A Kuwaiti national has been kidnapped in Lebanon's Bekaa valley, the National News Agency (NNA) reported.
Issam al-Houti, 52, was seized from his car in the town of Howsh Al Ganam in the Bekaa valley by by unidentified armed men who shot at between his legs, forced him to mount their car and then rode off to an unknown destination, NNA also said.
