Halwani Bros. launches new CSR campaign

Halwani Bros., a pioneering food manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, has launched the #Halawani_Al-Khair campaign, aiming to implement several corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. It is part of the company’s long-term strategy to promote volunteering activities and extend philanthropy.
The beginning of Ramadan marked the start of the #Halawani_Al-Khair initiative.
Saleh Ahmed Hefni, CEO of Halwani Bros, said: “The campaign will include a number of initiatives serving most segments of society to support and boost their activities and urge them to succeed and achieve their goals.”
“Our social responsibility is a national duty that stems from our Islamic values, which aims to promote society and empowers individuals to be effective, productive members. This will lead to positive results for both the economy and society,” he added.
The #Halawani_Al-Khair initiative was launched in the Kingdom with the distribution of iftar meals by the company’s executives, employees and their families at busy traffic signals and mosques. It is executed in cooperation with charitable societies in Jeddah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province to interact with the community and spread goodwill in society.
