JEDDAH: The fourth round of the F1H2O World Powerboat Championship, Jeddah Grand Prix 2025, takes place at the North Obhur Waterfront over the weekend.
The race, part of Jeddah Season 2025, on Nov. 27-29, has as a backdrop the Jeddah waterfront, a unique location that promises thrilling and exciting moments for participants and spectators alike.
A press conference, held Wednesday, at the event site highlighted Saudi Arabia’s readiness to host this global event and unveiled the championship schedule, including practice sessions, qualifying rounds, speed races, and the main Jeddah Grand Prix race.
In addition, organizers detailed the full program of accompanying entertainment and cultural events.
Jeddah Grand Prix 2025, a F1H2O World Powerboat Championship race, features 10 elite teams from around the world with 20 powerboats competing.
The first day of the championship encompasses practice sessions followed by a two-seater F1H2O boat experience.
On the second day, qualifying rounds and speed races will take place, determining the top three positions and the starting grid for the main race based on final results across three levels.
The third and final day of the fourth round will see competitors vie for the Jeddah Grand Prix 2025 title.
Fans will enjoy a complete experience combining sporting competition with artistic and cultural performances. The festivities begin on the first evening with the “Khabeeti Night,” showcasing creative folklore displays, followed by “Yanbuawi Night” and “Samari Night” across the following evenings.
Accompanying activities include live music, DJ performances, interactive experiences, and a dedicated food and beverage area offering a variety of options for visitors.
