This is with reference to the report “France backs Kingdom’s stand on Yemen” published in Arab News. France denies the remarks wrongly attributed to M. François Revardeaux, adviser for Strategic Affairs at the Presidency of the French Republic, about the organization of an international conference on Yemen in France in September and published in the newspapers “Al-Watan” (Aug. 14) and Arab News (Aug. 15). M. François Revardeaux did not make any comment on this matter. —
