JEDDAH: Ministry of Haj and Umrah is keen to provide all the services for the convenience of pilgrims at the holy sites, as it works to monitor and follow up on all the services provided to pilgrims through follow-up teams.
Regulations approved by the Ministry of Haj and Umrah asserted control on Tawafa institutions, most notably commitment to their duties, including the need to make sure that workers deal well with the pilgrims, and all government agencies.
The ministry stressed the need to refer sick pilgrims to the nearest health center, especially in suspected cases of infectious disease so as to take the necessary treatment, and then be updated about the pilgrim’s status if necessary.
